Returns and Refunds Policy

All Above-Ground Fuel Storage Tank sales are Final once installed. They are warrantied however, this information and more can be found with the packet that was shipped with your tank.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Any item returned without being defective/damaged in transit will be subject to a restocking fee. No returns will normally be accepted after 30 days of receipt, with exception of warranty items. Returns must be received in unused resalable condition (new and in original package), with exception to warranty claims. Returns caused by customer ordering errors or CANCELLED after shipment may be charged round-trip freight, and a restocking fee dependent upon the manufacturers return policies. All returns are prepaid by the customer unless specified otherwise. RETURN MERCHANDISE may require a RMA number assigned prior to shipment.

WARRANTY ITEMS must be returned to Memco DBA Envirosafe Above Ground Fuel Systems or the manufacturer prepaid per instructions of the RMA. Once the item is inspected and if the warranty is approved, a replacement, repair or credit will be issued at our discretion.

Time / Contact Info: Must contact us via email or phone within 3 business days of receiving the item to initiate a return/refund.

Method of Refund: Refund (if approved) will be returned either by same method used for payment or store credit
Condition: Unless stated or approved otherwise, item must be returned in same condition ordered (new in box etc.)
Charges: Unless approved otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping and a possible restocking fee.

DAMAGE

Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and report any damage or shortage within five days.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

Some new items may ship from the Manufacturer directly. The handling times will usually be listed with each new item, however below is a general guideline of handling times for our most commonly ordered brands:

  • Morrison: up to 2 Weeks
  • Franklin: up to 3 Weeks
  • Cim-Tek: up to 2 Weeks
  • Husky: up to 3 Weeks
  • Krueger: up to 4 Weeks
    (they shut down operations the last 3 weeks in December, so orders during this time will be delayed)
  • Fill-Rite: up to 2 Weeks

If you order an item and it is expected to be delayed outside of the normal handling time listed on the item, we will message you to let you know.
