Manufacturing & Quality

We build trouble free systems that last

Envirosafe™ values both quality and transparency. Both of which are clearly demonstrated throughout the manufacturing process and proven after years of trouble free operation. We try to be for our our customers everything we wish our venders would be for us.

Communication:
While the value of our systems far exceeds the investment, by orders of magnitude, the upfront investment is notable. That being said we consider our communication though-out the manufacturing process to be critical. Upon approval of design drawings our customers begin receiving regular and automatic progress updates. 11 status updates in total starting with the receipt of required parts and materials and ending with your system departing our facility to its final destination.
Quality Control:
Every systems has 16 documented QC steps through-out the build process. 11 standard quality checks and 5 critical quality checks are performed to ensure optimal weld quality, accuracy, semitry, no leaks in tank or plumbing, system components function as expected and designed, and that system is properly coated to protect against the elements.
Onsite visits and inspections:
We not only allow but we encourage site tours and inspections during the manufacturing stages of your system(s). No appointment is necessary, so long as the visit does not require an interruption in the manufacturing process, Monday - Thursday between 9:30am and 4pm EST. Arrangements will need to be made in advance for any type of inspections that could potentially interrupt or delay some part of our manufacturing process.

Delivery, Installation, and Turn-key Project Management

Not everyone has the experience and/or resources required to manage the transportation, delivery, and installation of a bulk turn-key fueling system. We have the capacity to make the entire end-to-end experience as hands off as you like. Some customers only require that we arrange loading and shipping while others appreciate our ability to organize and manage every stage of the project.

Shipping:
We have over 3 decades of experience loading and shipping tanks all over the world. While a small number of customers opt to arrange for their own pick-up over 95% of all systems shipments are arranged by us. We award transport agreements based on lowest bidder from our small group of approved shippers.
Installation:
For customers comfortable with pulling permit, managing site prep and pouring of concrete slab, and providing required power to a predetermined location. Many of our customers exist in or around the construction industry and can often cut cost by managing everything required prior to system delivery and installation. For these customer we will manage system offloading, final delivery inspection and adjustments, electrical termination, Department of Environmental Protection inspections, system start-up, and training.
Complete Turn-key Project Management:
Many companies don't have the team or know-how to set up their own fueling system. That's where we come in. We provide a full, start-to-finish service. From getting permits to preparing the site, installing the system, teaching how to use it, and offering support. We are the one-stop contact for all their system needs.

Warranty & Support

Most tank manufactures will offer a very limited 30-year warranty on the inner tank only.

In addition to the “30-year” tank warranty, we also offer an optional saddle to saddle warranty. Purchasing the saddle to saddle warranty provides extended coverage for additional parts such as pumps, meters, and gauges. Our systems are built using the very best materials and components. If we fabricate or install it, we can cover it for an additional cost, giving you and your customer additional peace of mind! Consult with your sales engineer for more details and information.
