Terms & Conditions – Used Tank SellerThe tank owner is responsible for cleaning, testing (within the past 90 days), disconnecting, and loading of the tank for transportation. The owner is also responsible for making sure all hazmat placards are closed, and nothing is on the tank. Tank MUST be dry and free of all water, vapors, oils, gas, or any other products. Must provide documentation of purge. The seller is responsible for accurate descriptions of the material being represented; misrepresentation is considered a breach of contract. |
